LAMDIK’s Accreditation Instruments of Study Programs (IAPS) for Undergraduate Programs have been legalized by BAN-PT through the Regulation of BAN-PT Number 10 of 2021. It is then developed for Master and Doctoral programs. In addition, LAMDIK is also developing it for Teacher Professional Education (PPG). FGD was then arranged to determine the instruments and descriptors for Master programs that took place at Surakarta Muhammadiyah University (UMS).
This FGD was held on the 6th floor of the main building Siti Walidah Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. This agenda was opened by the chairperson of LAMDIK, Prof. Dr. Muchlas Samani, and the Vice Chancellor I for Academic, Research, Service, Publication and IPR of UMS, Prof. Dr. Harun Joko Prayitno, M.Hum and lasted for three days from 5 to 7 November 2021.
For the opening, Prof. Dr. Muchlas Samani delivered a statement that LAMDIK along with the other LAMs were still waiting for the legalization by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. One point which has not been agreed was the accreditation fee. In addition, he also remarked that LAMDIK is ours together.
The participants consisted of lecturers from various universities in Indonesia, namely: Joko Nurkamto, Ngadiso (UNS), Harun Joko Prayitno, Anam Sutopo (UMS), Sofi Hartati, Erry Utomo, Ivan Hanafi (UNJ), Agus Sutono (UPGRIS), Akhmad Arifi (UIN Yogyakarta), Dase Erwin Juansah (Untirta), Ekohariadi (Unesa), Tommy Yuniawan (Unnes), and Swasono Rahardjo (UM). The outputs of this event were that the indicators and IAPS descriptors for Master programs refer to IAPS for Undergraduate programs which have been legalized by BAN-PT.
This FGD began with a discussion of IAPS for an undergraduate program and continued with group formation. Each group determined the instruments and descriptors for IAPS for the master program. The results were then collected and re-discussed together. The final ones were written in the form of activity outputs and will be discussed again in the next FGD.
This agenda went well with full support from UMS that has provided very satisfying facilities, infrastructures, and consumption. We would like to thank UMS for facilitating this event so that it could be implemented as expected.
