Government Assistance Program for Accreditation Transformation of Higher Education

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) supports the process of accreditation transformation of study programs from National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) to Independent Accreditation Agency (LAM) through appropriate, effective, and sustainable mechanisms.

Based on that matter, the Institutional Directorate organizes a Government Assistance Program for Accreditation Transformation of study programs within LAM’s scope which will undergo accreditation process in 2022. This program shall lessen the financial burden on universities.

The recipients of this funding assistance are Study Programs in undergraduate programs at private Academic Universities (PTA) under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology with the following conditions:

  1. This assistance program is only granted for Undergraduate study programs that apply to LAM of Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting (LAMEMBA); Natural Science and Formal Science (LAMSAMA); Engineering LAM, Informatics and Computing (LAM INFOKOM), and Educational LAM (LAMDIK);
  2. Active Study Program with a minimum percentage of data reports 2020-1 and 2020-2 at PDDikti complete 100%;
  3. Study Programs as referred to in number 1 are Study Programs with accreditation ratings of B, C, Very Good, or Good at private universities which are not rated A or Excellent in higher education accreditation (APT);
  4. Validity period of Accreditation Rank shall end in 2022;
  5. No internal conflict or legal disputes within the institution;
  6. Universities are not in mentoring status; and
  7. Accreditation Eligibility Documents in the form of APS Instruments in the status of completed upload to LAMs and have proof of APS payments to LAMs in accordance with the amount of APS fees in each LAM.

The assistance given in this program is in the form of partial reimbursement on APS fee which has been paid by universities to LAMs. The amount of it has been stipulated in the Decree of Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Mendikbudristek).

Accreditation Clinic, Guidelines for Preparing Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Quantitative Data of Study Program (DKPS) online

LAMDIK reopens accreditation clinic regarding LED preparation and DKPS (Quantitative Data of Study Programs) completion online. This activity can be followed by Study Programs and UPPS (Organizer Unit of Study Program), Quality Assurance Teams who are about to upload accreditation documents at LAMDIK. The target is to achieve properly structured LED (Self-Evaluation Report) documents according to the requirements and complete the DKPS properly and validly, hence it passes validation. Results of Psychological (Test) Examination for Batch III LAMDIK Assessor Candidates
